EU Pay Transparency Directive

Policy and Pay Gap Analysis and Roadmap Development

This service is for companies who are in the EU and are interested in understanding more about the EU Pay Transparency Directive, how they currently fare against it, and what they need to do to get to a situation of compliance by June 2026.

It includes a policy and practice pay gap analysis against all the articles in the EU Pay Transparency Directive, and the situation in each country in which they operate, and an in depth pay gap and pay equity analysis to understand whether there are any pay issues. It then lays out options of actions to get to a situation of readiness and we then work together to develop a roadmap.

When individual country legislation is developed, the analysis and planning will be adapted as necessary.
